DemiGod (Demeree Barth) is a mixed media artist based in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She moved to the area from Buffalo, New York where she received her BFA in Photography and Art History. As her art-making evolved, the artist has gravitated towards the more tactile mediums of mixed media including wearable art fashion, jewelry making and ceramics.

The artist incorporates a mixture of media in her work, so you may see some of her hand formed ceramic beads featured in a statement necklace or one-off fashions with her original design silkscreened on top.  She also participates in Dunedin Wearable Art show annually, as well as the Suenos gala at the Dali museum in St. Petersburg. When not dreaming up the next creation, or planning her next inspirational trip, she teaches elementary art in Pinellas County.
